Marvel Contest of Champions Spooky Heroes Are Free, But There’s a Catch
As Halloween approaches, many games are getting prepared for a little spooky entertainment. Marvel Contest of Champions is not different. It brings its own thrills and scares to this fighting game. Kabam has put a wicked twist on some familiar villains and heroes. Best of all, you can get ten free characters, including Ghost Rider.
You might need to create some room if you feel your Marvel Contest of Champions roster is too full. You’ll have to regularly log in to the mobile game to get a large selection of exclusive rewards. This event will begin on October 13, 2025, with a supply drop lasting 14 days. The Mighty Monsters Bundle is featured on Day One.
Ten Heroes for Free in Just One Go
The bundle includes ten heroes and villains from all corners of Marvel’s universe. This bundle is only available on October 13, so don’t forget to grab it. You can now add these Marvel Contest of Champions to your team:
- Venompool
- Ghost Rider
- Jack O’Lantern
- The Werewolf in the Night
- Man-Thing
- Elsa Bloodstone
- Mephisto
- Morbius
- Knull
- Scream
Create an account between November 13 and October 13, 2025, if you are a new player. You will be eligible to win these prizes if you complete the tutorials and reach level 5. You’ll receive a notification in your game mail once you have completed the tutorials and reached level five.
There will be more free characters in the future.
These characters can be quite powerful. You can see their ranking on the MCOC tier lists if you are curious.
You can also claim two more characters, but patience is required. Dracula is available for a single day on October 16. On October 30, Franken-Castle will be available. This is an undead variant of The Punisher.
Kabam says that The Punisher is a man who has seen a lot. The Punisher finally rests in peace after a brutal end. His rest was cut short when he came to life again on the operating table of Doctor Michael Morbius. Frank has been reassembled in order to protect Monster Metropolis from monster hunters. Kabam released a statement recently. He seems to be unable to catch a break.
A New Quest Awaits
These characters will be able to access a new quest, “Children of the Night”. This quest will see Dracula gathering monsters in order to terrorize the dark, but it is up to you whether or not to defeat them. This quest is open to both new and old players between October 8 and November 5, 2025.
