Francesco Mohapatra was a Mumbai-born baby who had been named after Judge Caprio. The judge was delighted when Manish Mohapatra, a Mumbai resident, informed him that his son, Francesco, had been named in his honor. Mohapatra said to Caprio during a video call: “I am aware that there is a rule of Law, and the personification of that rule of Law is Mr Frank Caprio.” This extraordinary act of generosity from India made the judge feel “honored” and “humiliated”.
