Sayyed was reportedly uncomfortable with both the equipment and the behavior of the therapist, which led her to refuse the service. Regarding the legal proceeding, “Police confirmed a non-cognizable offense has been filed under relevant sections in the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and told the complainant that she should go to a magistrate for the next step. “As of yet, there has not been an arrest.”
