(India) – Yash Dayal, an Indian pacer for Royal Challengers Bengaluru, is accused of sexual assault. A First Information Report has been filed against him by the Sanganer Police Station, Jaipur. This case is about accusations that a child was repeatedly assaulted over two years.
According to the FIR, Dayal emotionally misled her victim by promising her a better cricket career in order to win her trust. The initial incident occurred at a Sitapura hotel when the victim had just turned 17, according to reports. The incident has led law enforcement to file charges against the victim under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
The authorities are investigating in order to verify the allegations made by the complainant. The police station spokesperson stated that “We take the matter very seriously, and we have taken all the necessary steps in accordance with the law under these circumstances.”
