Shaheen comes from Lucknow. The three men were all employed by the Faridabad Hospital, which is connected with the University. Muzammil Shakeel was the first to be linked with the case after a large cache of explosives was discovered in Faridabad. The authorities recovered 2,900kg of explosives and suspicious items in two rooms that he rented from the University campus, even though he lived on it.
