Bengaluru Murder Case: Body Chopped into 19 Pieces, Dentist Among Three Arrested for Brutal Killing of Woman
Bengaluru Murder Case: Karnataka Police has arrested three people, including the local dentist, in relation to the horrific murder of a woman aged 42 in Tumakuru. Lakshmi Devi was brutally murdered and dismembered into 19 pieces. Last week, severed body pieces were discovered along the roadside of Kolala village.
On August 7, passersby found seven bags of human remains in plastic and alerted the Koratagere Police. The next day, a thorough search in the surrounding area led to the discovery of seven more bags. One of them contained the severed head of the victim.
Later, the remains of Lakshmi Devi were identified. Her brutal murder shocked the entire state. Ashok K V, Superintendent of Police, confirmed the formation of a team to investigate this case.
After a meticulous investigation, we have arrested Dr. Ramachandrappa S., who is a dental surgeon and Lakshmi Devi’s son-in-law, as well as his associates Satish K. N. and Kiran K. S., both residents of Tumakuru. “They have admitted to being involved in the crime,” said SP Ashok K V.
This Bengaluru Murder is yet another example of betrayal and domestic violence. Officials claim that the murder was the result of a family dispute.
